1:50 Bargetopia

This is Han's final project and parting shot, finished the night before his departure in a slightly inebriated frenzy.

It is a 1:50 model of a 'Hopper' transportation barge passing through Old Ford Middle Lock, located at the east corner of Victoria Park, London - one of the five locks that will be traversed during Bargetopia.

Most site elements of the model were cast from plaster; the barge cut from timber; and the water is poured polyester resin, orange, of course. The model is around two metres long and takes two strong men to lift.
