'Tis true 'tis true...a new beginning is in our midst and RARA is to emerge from under the counter and show its face as a fully functioning Cooperative Consortium. There will be meetings about agendas and rotas for lists, there will be order at RARA and for those who are members the rewards will be aplenty.
We are establishing ourselves as a Cooperative Consortium and here is a photo of our founders meeting. For the transient user of RARA nothing will really change but for those of us who are members dedicating time to its sustained existence benefits will hopefully become clear.
