Butcherama was slightly out of the ordinary but managed to be a success. Loads of Ale was drunk and we have been feeding most of Clapton with some fantastic cuts of Pork.
John the Butcher was a real star and made it look too easy. I'll post some of the drawings later, which are for sale of course, and there will be some hung up in RARA for visitors to look at...the kitchen would be a good place for them.
