Bread and Butter

Back extensions and Lean-To's are a hobby of the London homeowner, but keeping up with the Jones's comes at a price. Joe Swift of RARA has helped an overloaded architect with her workload by putting together an application for a Certificate of Lawful Development and got paid a reasonable wage in the process.

Out of his earnings a reasonable commission gets fed back into RARA and everyone is happy. This type of work keeps the RARArian aware of all the current planning and building control developments whilst helping the few architects that have too much work on - a kind of Delhi call centre but in east London and a drawing centre - a bit like this: CAD MONKEY FARM
